Our Philosophy

For You Behavioral Health’s philosophy is that collaboration, respect, kindness and genuine connection creates a sense of trust and security. Our goal is to provide individualized treatment so you can obtain balance, stability, and reach whole body wellness.

We offer in-person at our office located at 17A Green Street in Concord, NH. Telehealth services for select and established patients throughout the state of NH is also available.

The four Jasmine flower petals in our logo represent the essence of the flower as we walk together along your personal wellness journey. Their meaning and symbolism include love, purity, sensuality, modesty, nobility, hospitality, kindness, luck, community, inspiration, and spiritual ascension.

Kim Contant

MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CNL

Kim is passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves. She has a long history of working in behavioral health and is looking forward to helping you on your wellness journey. She is known for her genuineness. Her direct and motivational approach will encourage, guide, and challenge you to seek fulfilling, sustained changes. She has an interest in supporting families with neurodiverse children, cancer patients and their families, mood disorders, anxiety, grief/loss, ADHD, attachment disorders and relationship issues.

Kim is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She completed her PMHNP post-master certificate Summa Cum Laude at Washburn University. Her clinical training was done at Riverbend Community Mental Health Center in the Children’s Program and The Community Support Program. Kim’s passion began at Keene State College where she earned an associates degree in Chemical Dependency and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in clinical counseling. While working inpatient at the Brattleboro Retreat she decided to return to the University of New Hampshire for her Masters in Nursing with a certification in Clinical Nurse Leadership. She has since worked inpatient at New Hampshire Hospital, with the elderly and coordinating behavioral health care. Her experiences and over 17 years in behavioral health provide her with the skills to treat patients of any age and a wide variety of mental health needs.
